Does FUNDA Need Any Further Information From Me Before My Child Attends?

Yes. When adding your child you will be asked for SEN information, medical information or allergies etc. You will also be asked if your child has an EHCP. If you answer yes to this, we will require a copy, via email, of your child's EHCP. 

In order to allow us to support your child further we would also request a support plan. This allows the coaches to understand how we can meet your child's needs in specific environments/situations. If you do not have a support plan from school, we would apricate a 'things you need to know about me' sheet, explaining triggers, support measures and calming actions that we can employ. This helps us ensure a positive experience for all children.
